Hello! I am Rebecca Hogg (she/her). I graduated in 2016 from Marymount University in Arlington, VA with a Master’s degree in Counseling. I am an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I specialize in anxiety, addictions, depression, trauma, adult life transitions, and compassion fatigue. I have extensive experience with adults in psychiatric crisis, severe mental illness, and co-occurring disorders in community mental health. I also volunteer with professional organizations and provide clinical supervision towards licensure for Residents in Counseling seeking their license in Virginia.
I spend my free time reading sci-fi & fantasy, playing games, building Legos, watching movies, & spending time with my spouse. I also have two cats that think they own the place. One of the cats has, on occasion, joined a session.
